1. How to place order?

Ask for Quotation

Request a quotation for your products. We will provide product specifications, prices, delivery time and other details in the quotation.

 

Confirm Your Order

If you are interested in our products, you can send the purchase order (PO) to us via email or fax. You can also simply reply our email toconfirm your order (Direct Order without PO).

 

Delivery

We will process your order immediately after order confirmation and make the delivery within agreed period.

 

Payment

Payment terms depend on your location (local or oversea customers) and companies (university, industry, etc). Details can be found here.


2. Payment Terms

For Local Customers:

• Payments Due Date: 30 Days upon Delivery / Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Payment Methods: GIRO / Cash / Cheque / Internet Transfer/ Credit Cards / Paypal  


For Oversea Customers:

• Payments Due Date: Full Payment in Advance / Negotiable

• Payment Methods: Telegraphic Transfer / Credit Cards /Paypal


3. Delivery Method & Fees

For Local Customers:

• For order < SGD 200delivery fee is SGD 20.

• For order >= SGD 200delivery is free.


For Oversea Customers:

• Default by Speedpost EMS

• SF Express

• DHL Express


4. Lead Time

• For those in stock, the products will be delivery within 1-2 working days upon your order.

• For those out of stock, the lead time is usually 1-2 weeks.

• The exact lead time for your order will be shown in your quotation.


5. Warranty Period

• For those consumables, we offer full warranty before they are consumed.

• For those other labwares such as ceramicware, autoclaves, etc, the warranty period is 12 months.

 

In case maintance or exchange services are provided afterdelivery, the warranty period will be extended correspondingly. For example,you purchased an autoclave on Jan 1, 2013 and the warranty period is until Jan1, 2014. If the autoclave is exchanged on Apr 1, 2013, then the warranty periodis extended correspondingly to Apr 1, 2014.


6. Sales Tax

• GST tax (7%) is applicable to customers within Singapore.

• No sales tax for oversea customers outside Singapore.


7. Import Tax & Custom Clearance

For oversea customers, all importing related expenses are sole responsibility of the buyer. Charges arise from the import taxes and custom clearances vary from country to country. Please consult your local import experts or transportation carrier for more details.
